| so like about 25 ish years ago my dad was in the army. While he served he spent most of his four years in Germany. There he got married and had a daughter. After he left the army him and his new familly moved back to Minn. a few months later his wife told him that she was taking the baby ( Jessica ) shopping. She didn't, she caught a plane back to Germany and that was the last time my dad has seen or spoken to eather of them. Now days he practicly refuses to try to talk to them. Now the strangest thing happened this morning. I opened up our e-mail box and found a message that he tried to send, but he didnt' have the address right. The e-mail was to daughter. this is all that the letter said:
looking for jessica m. johnson from wiesbaden
well I figure that this is a good start for my dad. |

| tonight I played with the Dixieland band. I had a hell of a good time. The old white haired man was in charge of the band, but he didn't play. The I - V basslines where enough to give me the right balance of creativity and relaxedness that I needed to play to get the sound that people would remember. |
